Why?

Ever wonder why? Why am I here? Why am I the way I am? Why has this happened to me? Many people never think about some of the most important whys that they face. I was teaching a group of interns in Boise, Idaho this week and knew that some of the whys in my life brought me to this point–Teaching conflict management skills to another generation. What a privilege to affect lives. Some of these young adults will change their world in big ways. Others will change their world in secret ways, not seen by many. But they will change their world. Why did I go through conflict? Why am I the way I am? So I can change my world.
